Roads and Utility Networks

  • VRD0: General Enterprise, category 4
  • VRD1: Water line installation, unlimited
  • VRD2: Pipeline installation, category 3
  • VRD3: hydraulic works, category 4
  • VRD4: Telecommunications and cable television line installation, category 4
